These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the rights and obligations related to the AI-powered customer support platform ("Service") provided by MobiCraft Dijital Teknolojiler Limited Şirketi ("Yanıtly"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
Yanıtly reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on this page. Significant changes will be notified via email.
2. Service Description
Yanıtly is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides AI-powered customer service solutions to businesses. The Service includes:
- AI-powered automatic message response
- Multi-channel messaging integrations (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, etc.)
- Knowledge base management and AI training
- Live support operator routing
- Analytics and reporting tools
- REST API access
3. Account Creation and Security
3.1. Account Requirements
You need to create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. Persons under 18 years of age cannot create accounts.
3.2. Account Security
You are responsible for the security of your account. We recommend using a strong password and not sharing your password with anyone. If you detect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.
4. Usage Rules
You agree to comply with the following rules when using the Service:
- Comply with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and all applicable regulations
- Not violate the rights of third parties
- Not use the platform for spam, fraud, or abuse purposes
- Avoid actions that could jeopardize the security of the platform
- Not attempt reverse engineering, decompiling, or obtaining source code
- Not access the platform with automated bots or scrapers (except API)
- Avoid actions that would prevent other users from benefiting from the service
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1. Subscription Plans
The Service is offered with different subscription plans. The scope, features, and pricing of each plan are clearly stated on our website. No automatic charging occurs at the end of the free trial period; plan selection is made with your approval.
5.2. Payment Terms
Payments are collected monthly or annually according to the plan you selected. Discounted pricing applies for annual payments. Invoices are automatically sent to your registered email address.
5.3. Refund Policy
For annual subscriptions, a full refund is provided if cancelled within 14 days of the purchase date. For monthly subscriptions, the service continues until the end of the period but no refund is provided.
6. Intellectual Property
The Yanıtly platform, software, design, logos, trademarks, and all related intellectual property rights belong to MobiCraft Dijital Teknolojiler Limited Şirketi. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use within the framework of these Terms.
Your intellectual property rights over the content you upload to the platform (knowledge base documents, logos, etc.) remain yours. You grant us the right to use this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
7. Data Processing and Privacy
For detailed information about the processing of your personal data, please review our . Regarding end-user data you process through the platform, you are the data controller and Yanıtly acts as the data processor.
8. Service Level
8.1. Availability
Yanıtly offers a monthly 99.9% uptime commitment. Planned maintenance is not included in this calculation and is notified at least 48 hours in advance.
8.2. Support
Email support is provided for all plans. Priority support and live chat support are also available for Professional and Enterprise plans.
9. Limitation of Liability
Yanıtly does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error. The user is responsible for the accuracy of responses generated by AI. Yanıtly cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Yanıtly's total liability is, in all cases, limited to the total fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the relevant event.
10. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. In case of violation of these Terms, Yanıtly reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without prior notice.
11. Force Majeure
Yanıtly does not accept liability in cases where the service is interrupted due to events beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, government decisions, and internet infrastructure issues.
12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes arising from these Terms.
