Will I be charged automatically after the trial?
No. The 14-day trial does not require a credit card. A paid plan starts only after your approval.
How is annual billing calculated?
Annual billing applies a 20% discount to 12 monthly payments. Plan cards show the net annual total charged. VAT is added separately.
Which plans support WhatsApp and phone channels?
Starter is intended for basic web, email and Telegram support. Advanced channel setup is assessed within Professional and Enterprise. The current plan data enables voice assistants on Enterprise. Channel limits and requirements are confirmed during setup.
Do the 300 Enterprise minutes renew every month?
No. A one-time gift of 300 minutes is available per company for the first billing month after moving to Enterprise. It expires at the end of that month and does not carry over. From month two, voice minutes are not included; minute packs are purchased separately.
Can I add users as my team grows?
Yes. You can purchase extra users beyond your plan’s included seats. The calculator uses the extra-user price and limit of the selected plan.
