Get the widget code
Copy the embed code containing your tenant ID from Yanıtly panel → Channels → Web Widget.
Add to HTML
Paste the code just before the closing body tag on your site. If you're using WordPress, you can add it to the footer.php file from the theme editor.
Customize the widget
Change colors, logo, welcome message, and position from Yanıtly panel → Channels → Web Widget → Appearance settings.
Advanced configuration (optional)
User information transfer, custom events, and programmatic control via JavaScript API.

Will the widget affect my site's speed?
No. The widget loads asynchronously and does not affect your site's initial load. Total size is ~45KB (gzip).
How do I add it to WordPress?
You can add it via Appearance → Theme Editor → footer.php or using the 'Insert Headers and Footers' plugin.
Can I open the widget programmatically?
Yes, you can use the window.YanitlyWidget.open() and window.YanitlyWidget.close() methods.
