Add your Facebook page to Meta Business Suite
Add your page from business.facebook.com → Settings → Accounts → Pages.
Connect the Messenger channel in Yanıtly
Go to Yanıtly panel → Channels → Messenger → Click 'Connect with Facebook'. Select your page in the popup and approve permissions.
Configure the welcome message
Edit the welcome message, business hours message, and menu options from channel settings.
Enable AI assistant
Add your company information, FAQs, and product/service details to the knowledge base. The AI assistant will automatically respond based on this information.
